  The CT SOTS footer's only policy targets are the statewide portal.ct.gov disclaimer and privacy policy. The disclaimer was read IN FULL (6,585 chars): zero occurrences of 'attribution', 'credit', 'public domain' or 'licence/license'. Its copyright clause is confined to the CT.gov NAME AND LOGO (property of the Office of Tourism), and its IP clause to the State Arms and Seal under Conn. Gen. This entry exists only so the census tag resolves instead of reading as unresearched. 🔴 The de-serve verdict for ny_dos is UNCHANGED and is NOT a credit question: POL §89(2)(b)(iii) is a solicitation-overlay bar (CLAUDE.md C5).
